Hi, I’m Lisa!
I’m a food loving, active girl, that runs around barefoot in the kitchen making memories with my friends & family. I am a Mama to two smiley twin girls, Layla & Lily and a wife to my handsome husband and part-time cheese assistant, Kyle.
Based in Mokena, Illinois, I specialize in designing graze boards and tables for corporate and special events, in addition to “just because” boards for the mama who just needs a break with some girlfriends, cheese & wine!
I have always had a passion for food. Whether it is cooking with my Gram at a young age or watching hours of the Food Network pretending I have my own show with my mom as my audience, to me, food has always been a part of making memories.
How Did You Become
Graze All Day?
During the start of the pandemic in 2020, our family home caught fire when it got struck by lightning, I know right?! How crazy?! We were luckily able to move in with my in-laws for the next five months. During that time, I made myself at home in the kitchen. This started the beginning of charcuterie boards.
When my father-in-law came home from work, I had a charcuterie board ready to go. We would all sit and chat about our day and it became our thing. He would walk in the door every day and say “Lisa Rae, whatcha cooking today?” I always looked forward to the surprise and delight on his face!
He has since passed away, and I’ll forever cherish those few months of family togetherness, laughter, and endless grazing.
